Every Pounce O order is picked, packed and handed to the carrier from our own warehouse — usually the same day you order it.
Processing time
Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day are packed the same day. Anything after that is packed the next business day.
You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it leaves us.
Delivery times
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days within the continental US.
Express shipping: 2–3 business days, available at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States. International delivery is coming soon.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order — no minimum spend, and no surprise fees at checkout.
If you'd like your parcel sooner, express delivery is available at checkout for a flat fee.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking hasn't moved for more than five business days, get in touch and we'll chase the carrier for you or replace the order.
