Our story
Built for the animals we live with.
Pounce O started with a simple frustration: buying pet basics online meant wading through endless near-identical listings, guessing at quality, and hoping for the best. So we did the wading for you.
Today we stock a tight, hand-picked range of everyday essentials — the toys that survive, the bedding that washes well, the bowls that don't slide, the treats worth giving. Everything ships from our own warehouse, and every order is backed by 30-day returns.
A short, deliberate range
We'd rather stock twenty things we believe in than two thousand we don't. Every item has to earn its place on the shelf.
We pack it ourselves
No third-party fulfilment maze. Orders are checked, wrapped and handed to the carrier by the same small team that chose the products.
Support that answers back
Emails reach a person, not a ticket queue. Most questions are answered the same day, and never later than the next.
