Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.

Items should be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened treats, food and grooming products can't be returned unless faulty.

Email our support team with your order number and what you'd like to send back. We'll reply with a return address and instructions within one business day.

Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us — unauthorised returns can get lost in the post.

Once your return arrives and is checked in, we refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds go back to the card or wallet used at checkout. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return shipping needed.
